Job Information

This is a dual-role position. Mornings are spent on designated dispatch functions. Afternoons are spent supporting the Sales Team. This customer-facing team member helps to keep engineering calendars well organized and sets client expectations for designated technical events by maintaining support tickets on a dedicated board. Will also process specific classes of sales tickets, working to both improve response times to clients, as well as helping to keep the Sales Team’s ticket volume manageable.

Engineering Dispatcher functions:

This position is responsible for specific dispatch functions which are carried out between 8am-12pm. All other dispatch and calendar coordination events are the responsibility of the Service Desk or Professional Services engineers.

Schedule reactive events escalated by the Service Desk that require onsite engagement by the Professional Services Team.
Coordinate VCIO meetings.
Assist the Sales Team with Project resource scheduling for the Professional Services Team.
Help to maintain recurring schedule events.
Sales Coordinator responsibilities: This position supports the Sales Team by providing additional ad-hoc support for processing a variety of recurring sales and renewal tickets.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma
2+ years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook) email (Outlook), and general internet usage.
Ability to multitask and achieve deadlines under pressure.
Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.
Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Advanced customer services skills.
Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
