I cannot begin to tell you how impressed and appreciative we are for the service we received this weekend on a server problem. On Sunday 5/26/19, Jhon Castiblanco called me on my cell phone to tell me our server was down, and he could not power it up remotely. He explained that he was on call for the weekend, and he wanted to go on site to check it out. I told him I was away and no one else was near to help him, but I would check it out on Monday (Memorial Day). I stopped in around noon Monday and tried to start the server. Nothing happened, so I called Jhon. He walked me through a few steps that didn’t work, then said he needed to come in. I arranged to meet him and give him access. He then determined the server power supply had failed. He proceeded to work on site for several hours, then from home until 5:00 AM the next morning, to get our backup server up so we could function. He also sourced the replacement power supply, which I ordered for arrival Wednesday to fix the main server. Talk about going “above and beyond” -- Jhon’s efforts really demonstrated this. Without his dedication and talents, our computer systems would probably have been down for several days. Instead, most people here are unaware we even had a problem! Again, I really appreciate the kind of support IT Solutions|Currie gives that is exemplified by our experience, and Jhon Castiblanco should really be commended for a job well done.
